Standard Turnaround for most orders requires five business days for production (unless otherwise noted) plus ground shipping (USPS and UPS). You will receive an e-mail with tracking information when your order ships via UPS. You may also pick up at our store in Aurora during business hours.

Customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds, although in some cases an engraving plate can be replaced to utilize the award for a different recipient or purpose. Please contact us to discuss this on a case-by-case basis. In the event of an error on our part, we will replace the incorrect piece(s) at our expense. If the error was on your part, we will replace the incorrect piece(s) for a nominal fee.

You agree to submit the correct file for your awards, provide the correctly formatted artwork, provide correct text and images, and color match information if needed. Your satisfaction is important! Want to ensure your order is made to your specifications? Contact us. For some processes, PDF proofs are available but may slow down your production time. Production samples can be provided for some items if necessary -- call us to discuss options and pricing.

We do not accept trophies back for resale or recycling. We recommend that you locate a charity or civic organization such as the Boy Scouts, Lions Club, Kiwanis, etc. that may have a use for them. We are also aware that trophies are accepted as donations at Goodwill, St. Vincent, Savers, and similar stores.

Ordering from us is easier than ever! Browse the product categories to find what you would like, fill out the product page details and click the “Add to Cart” button. Once you have added all of your items, click on the “Checkout” or “Shopping Cart” buttons and you will be asked for a few details we will need to complete your order.

Please take a moment to review your details and ensure you have provided the correct contact and/or shipping information. We are happy to ship your order to an alternative address, such as your workplace, but your billing address must match the one associated with your credit or debit card. Online orders are only sent to production after your payment has passed through our secure payment gateway. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards.

Once you have completed the checkout process you will receive a confirmation email. Please adjust your email’s spam settings to ensure that correspondence from [email protected] does not get filtered into your junk or spam mail, as we may need to contact you by email during the processing of your order and to let you know when your order is ready.

Midwest Awards charges Illinois state sales tax. This only applies to orders that are shipped to an Illinois address or picked up at our store. If your organization is Illinois Sales Tax Exempt, you will need to pre-register before completing checkout.

REGISTERING AN ILLINOIS TAX EXEMPT ACCOUNT

1. Navigate to http://www.midwestawardscorp.com/login and click the gray "Register" button near the center of the page. Fill out the profile information.

2. Send an email to [email protected] with an attached scan of your Illinois Tax Exempt letter or CRT-61 (for resellers), as well as your name, organization/business name, and phone number. We cannot accept 501(c)(3) numbers for sales tax exemption.

3. Call us (during business hours) and we will associate your tax exempt number to your newly-created account and mark your account as tax exempt. Once this is done you can complete checkout without sales tax. This will apply to any items you already have in your shopping cart, but not to orders that have already completed checkout.

All orders, which includes your previous orders, can be viewed by visiting the "My Account" section after signing into your account. If you need to access order details from orders that were not placed through the current website, Contact Us and we can look up your details for you.

Just sign into your account and update account information at your convenience. Go to the "My Account" tab and you will have the option to update all of your account information.
