HOW TO ORDER
Placing orders is easy! Once you have selected the products you need for your event, we ask that you email or fax us the model number of the products you wish to purchase. Orders will be acknowledged upon receipt. If you have any questions, do not find the product you require, or know a manufacturer's catalog or model number please contact us:
SUPPLYING TEXT FOR LETTERING
We want you to have an excellent customer experience with no hassles. Having an item engraved incorrectly is time consuming. This is why we REQUIRE ALL ORDERS TO BE TYPED IN A FONT SIZE OF 12 or LARGER IN CAPITAL LETTERS.
MANUFACTURING LEAD-TIME & PROOFS
Most items are maintained in our inventory or are readily available from our key, highly reliable sources. Standard lead-time is 5 business days from receipt of order, text and acceptable art for logos or graphics. Proofs, if requested, will be supplied for your approval via fax or e-mail and are $10. Proofs should be signed off as directed and returned promptly to ensure on-time completion of your order.
A final note about proofs: we understand that a proof will make you feel more comfortable. However, in most cases it is not absolutely necessary and will add time to the completion of your order. We are awards professionals with an average of 15 years industry experience per associate. We have literally designed thousands of awards, including items for the President of the United States, the Secretary General of the United Nations, and the Speaker of the House. We take great strides to ensure that your award exceeds your expectations in every way.
DELIVERY
Dependent upon logistics, you may pick up your order at our facility or we can ship it to you at prevailing rates.
RETURNS
Our Engraved products may not be returned without management authorization. Any product having an engraving error that is determined to be our responsibility will be corrected and/or replaced as soon as possible. Notify us as shown above to inform us of any problem. You will be promptly contacted to expeditiously resolve the situation. We will proudly stand behind our products and service. If a problem arises, we will make every attempt to rectify the situation to the best of our ability.
